Daytona Helmets extends the following limited warranty:

Coverage

This warranty is applicable for manufacturer's defects ONLY and is good for one year from the date of purchase.  It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or negligence.  Modification of any kind that is made to the helmet by the user of any third party will render this warranty null and void.  This warranty also does NOT cover chips, scratches, abrasions or other damage to the helmet's outer shell and painted surfaces or object.

We hereby expressly disclaim all liability for product defect or failure claims that are due to normal wear, product misuse, abuse, product modification, improper product selection, non-compliance with any codes, or misappropriation.

Dayton Helmets shall not be liable for any consequential damages.
